Leadership Philosophy Value dd

My approach to generating Value for clients

➤ Adaptive: My work, just like myself, is not static.

I improve and adapt methodologies, beliefs, mental models, and approaches to serve my clients better.

➤ Experience and Evidence: My 14+ years of management, advisory, and leadership experience in the impact space have given me a wealth of insights, and a nuanced understanding of the challenges leaders and leadership teams confront to create significant positive change.

However, I don't really rely only on my experience and my instinct. I keep up with industry trends and best and next practices in leadership, organizational development, talent development, executive coaching, and team facilitation.

My work is informed by evidence and scientific insights from neuroscience, behavioral change, system thinking, and positive psychology.

➤ Transformational: The essential idea is that beyond knowledge and skills, there are invisible yet structural forces inside us that shape our world/results/experiences.

Therefore, people's beliefs, values, feelings, mental models, and identity are central to my work.

Thanks to decades of research, we know today that there are ways to ignite, catalyze, navigate, and sustain personal transformations. There isn't a quick fix; it's not linear, and yes, it is uncomfortable.

My job is to help you navigate this process safely so that you can move out of your comfort zone and into your growth zone.

➤ Holistic: I also pay attention to your external context because you are part of a bigger picture/organization/system. That also shapes your experience/results.

Holistic also means I work with the whole person, not only with their brain and who they are when they are at work.

➤ Human: Beyond the results I facilitate for my clients, I aim to co-create a human experience with generosity, compassion, and vulnerability. I want to really see you/us.

➤ The X factor: I am dedicated to cultivating my inner world through decades of journaling, meditation, and other personal development practices. Having a rich and meaningful life outside of work is also key. You can read more about it here.

I (mostly-often, there isn't "always" in human matters) walk my talk. I intentionally expose myself to perspectives, people, and experiences that challenge and stretch me in the direction of becoming the person and leader I will be proud of at the end of my life.

All of this is what I will put at your service.
