Leadership Impact exists for moments when an organization’s ambition requires leadership to operate at a different level.
In periods of growth, leadership transition, and transformation, organizations rarely struggle because leaders lack intelligence or commitment. More often, execution falters because roles have not evolved, leadership capabilities have not caught up with the next stage, or the senior team is not performing and evolving at the level the organization now requires.
