Leadership Impact

Nazly Frías is a leadership advisor, change facilitator, and executive coach who works with senior leaders and leadership teams navigating transformation processes, leadership transitions, and strategic inflection points that redefine organizations.

Over the past 15+ years, she has advised and worked inside leadership teams across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the United States, supporting CEOs, founders, and executive teams as they navigate growth, transformation, and the internal dynamics that shape how organizations perform.

​

Her work focuses on strengthening leadership at the top of organizations and facilitating organizational transformation. This includes helping leadership teams align around shared priorities, clarifying decision authority and governance, and supporting leaders through the identity and capability shifts that accompany major transitions.

Before founding Leadership Impact, Nazly served as Head of People at Instiglio, a global social impact consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she worked in public innovation and policy, contributing to the development of Colombia’s first national Social Innovation policy as part of a public-private coalition.

Through these experiences, she developed a deep understanding of how leadership, governance, and culture interact during periods of growth and transformation.

Today, through Leadership Impact, Nazly advises professional service firms and impact-driven organizations. Her work often sits at the intersection of leadership and organizational transformation.

Nazly trained as a lawyer and qualified to practice law in Colombia before pursuing a career in leadership, policy, and organizational work. She holds an MSc in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics as a Chevening Scholar and is an ICF-certified executive coach. She works globally in English and Spanish and is based in Berlin.
